Challenges

• Create UX motion behaviours, systems, and animations to simplify the complexity of financial products and services.
• Convert initial concepts, storyboards, and prototypes into captivating motion designs.
• Produce promotional and informative content for different platforms such as the web, Android, and iOS that run smoothly on computers and mobile devices.
• Work with product managers to create a motion design that meets the product’s goals.

Must have

• Degree in computer science, design, or a similar field, or equivalent in training and experience
• 3+ years of working experience in motion design
• Portfolio featuring user-centric UI/UX solutions developed across different platforms and devices
• Expert knowledge of motion graphics software, including Principle, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
• Ability to use motion to narrate
• Knowledge of animation principles
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Good to have

• Experience leading teams and insight into the field’s future
• Hands-on experience with motion latency
• Artistic and coding skills to produce engaging narrations
• Fine attention to physics, patterns, and design
• A portfolio of storyboarding sketches reflecting initial concepts
